Duties Remove debris such as fallen branches, trash, and other materials from designated areas to promote safety and aesthetics Clear land by using hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other machinery to prepare sites for construction or landscaping projects Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, aerating, and fertilizing to ensure vibrant and healthy turf Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and installing or repairing irrigation systems Operate equipment such as excavators, power tools, lawn mowers, snow plows (seasonally), and tree care tools with precision and safety in mind Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth while ensuring safety around structures or pathways Assist with hardscape installation projects like patios or walkways by preparing surfaces and laying materials with care Qualifications Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or construction work is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is highly valued Mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment including hand tools, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems Familiarity with horticulture principles and gardening practices to support plant health and landscape aesthetics Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively on various terrains Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and disease management Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks for extended periods Excellent attention to safety protocols when handling equipment or working around potentially hazardous materials Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces!
