This role plays a key part in ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, and visually appealing for tenants and guests. •Hours of Operation• Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am-4pm (Weekend On-Call Availability) Key Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing across multiple properties Maintain landscaping to enhance curb appeal for both long-term residents and short-term rental guests Apply fertilizers, weed control, and basic lawn treatments as needed Inspect properties for landscaping issues, debris, or hazards and report findings Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all properties are left clean and guest-ready after service Coordinate with property management and operations teams regarding schedules and priorities Respond to urgent property needs (e.g., overgrown lawns, guest complaints, or weather-related cleanup) Qualifications Previous lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred Ability to operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Application Question(s): Please refer to our hours of operation.
