must be obtained within 6 months of employment Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification and Arizona Department of Agriculture Applicator License. If not currently licensed, enroll in the training after 90 days of employment; Maintain enrollment/training for a period of time not to exceed 2
4 years depending on experience; Complete certifications within 2

OSHA Safety Training CPR / First Aid Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment
