About the Role We are a growing window cleaning company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Window & Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities Clean interior and exterior windows to the highest professional standards Clean and maintain gutters (removal of debris, basic inspections) Perform pressure washing on roofs, driveways, patios, and other exterior surfaces Use professional equipment safely and efficiently (ladders, water-fed poles, pressure washers, etc.) Provide excellent customer service on every job Sales skills a plus - Identify opportunities for additional services and help grow our customer base Requirements Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or related exterior services is strongly preferred Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Physically fit and able to lift/carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation and punctuality Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a small team Sales or customer service experience is a big advantage What We Offer Competitive pay with bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling options Training and professional development Opportunity for growth within a growing company Tools and equipment provided Supportive team environment If you're dependable, customer-focused, and proud of your work, we'd love to have you on the team!
