Lawn Maintenance Technician

Your expertise in landscape maintenance and lawn care will ensure our clients' properties look pristine and inviting. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks. Mow lawns, trim trees, and prune shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Conduct landscape enhancements including hardscape projects like patios or walkways, as well as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Maintain equipment through regular inspections and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance. Experience Prior experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of mechanical systems, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly desirable. Familiarity with tree trimming, horticulture practices, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation will be advantageous. Ability to operate excavators or other construction machinery is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of landscaping principles combined with a proactive attitude towards maintenance tasks. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while standing or walking for extended periods.
