We specialize in maintaining high-end residential properties and take great pride in the quality of our work, professionalism, and attention to detail on every site we service. Responsibilities Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including a 52" Skag walk-behind mower, weed whackers, blowers, and related tools Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general grounds maintenance Maintain high-end Residential properties Follow daily job schedules and complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, fueling, and basic maintenance Identify and report equipment issues or property concerns to office Work collaboratively with crew members to ensure jobs are completed professionally and on time Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and equipment setup Adhere to all company safety procedures and job site standards Qualifications 5 years previous experience in commercial or residential landscaping required Experience operating mowing and landscaping equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to lift and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation to and from work
