Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a Experienced skilled and Reliable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns and landscapes, equipment and the team. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various tools and techniques to ensure the health and beauty of outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming
• Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and appearance
• Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscaping plans
• Clean up debris and leaves from lawns and landscapes
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Proficient in using hand tools such as the whip, edger, hedger, blower, pole saw etc.
• Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning and trimming techniques
• Basic understanding of horticulture, plants and sod.
