In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces through expert lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticultural practices. Your energetic approach will ensure that each property looks pristine, healthy, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to keep grass areas neat and well-manicured using power tools and hand tools. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and tree care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Operate heavy equipment including excavators and other construction machinery for landscape installation or hardscape projects. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules. Implement garden care routines including fertilization, pest control, and soil management to support plant health. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience handling power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment. Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilization. Experience with landscape maintenance practices such as pruning, planting, tree trimming, and gardening. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting. Ability to operate construction machinery like excavators safely and efficiently. Understanding of horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth in various environments. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in different weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor as needed.
