This role involves performing pest control treatments in large outdoor tents, ensuring safe and effective fumigation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, or agriculture is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in pest management and outdoor equipment operation within a dynamic environment. Duties Set up and prepare tents for fumigation procedures, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools and chemicals with precision and care Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for setup and maintenance Use lawn care or landscaping equipment to maintain surrounding areas of work sites Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and supplies between job sites Monitor fumigation processes throughout the treatment period, adjusting procedures as necessary Conduct safety inspections before, during, and after treatments to ensure compliance with safety standards Maintain detailed records of treatments performed and materials used Assist with general site cleanup and equipment maintenance after completion of tasks Qualifications Experience or background in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for transportation duties Strong attention to safety procedures and environmental regulations Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Good physical stamina with the ability to lift moderate loads and perform manual tasks Reliable transportation to reach multiple job sites throughout the day This position is essential for maintaining safe pest control practices in outdoor environments.
