- Part-time, Full-time Augusta Lawn Care of Largo $300 Sign on Bonus after 45 Days (Employee must be in good standing with no tardies or unexcused absences) $100 Gas Card given to every employee who has perfect attendance at the end of the month Quarterly profit sharing (Employee must be in good standing with no tardies or unexcused absences)
