Job Description:
Technician must maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public. Safely perform fertilization and chemical applications on assigned properties. Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with customers, keep customers informed/educated with their lawn and ornamental problems, be able to come up with solutions to customers' concerns, and be pro-active in recognizing potential difficulties. Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to work independently.Job Duties:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service practices as defined by company standards.
- Identify and resolve client concerns in the field and defer all unresolved issues to management.
- Strong communicator and provide accurate & timely completion of required services
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Must stay compliant with all company and state/federal safety standards.
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle safely.
- Properly maintain vehicle, equipment, and always keep clean.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to operate Mobile app.
