Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance, and working outdoors to create well maintained environments for our clients. Prior experience with lawn care, and the use of all power tools and equipment is required. Spray license to apply chemicals and irrigation experience a plus. We are also seeking Tree crew members. Operation of Chainsaws and knowledge of ground crew is required. Bobcat experience and tree climbing a plus. Pay for both positions depends on your experience, knowledge and abilities. Responsibilities Maintain lawns using mowers, trimmers, and hand tools to ensure a neat appearance Perform landscape maintenance including, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and tree care Operate machinery such as zero turn mowers, Bobcat, chainsaw, and other power tools safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs Follow safety protocols during all landscaping activities to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations Experience Five plus years prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or tree trimming and removal is required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and lawn maintenance machinery is desirable Experience in irrigation and tree trimming is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is beneficial Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, landscaping, and maintaining beautiful environments.
