Lawn, Irrigation and Pest Techs Needed

Job Overview Join our dynamic team is in search of a Lawn, Irrigation, and Pest Control Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments. You'll be responsible for delivering top-quality service to clients by diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and implementing solutions that promote healthy lawns and landscapes as well as providing treatments in and outside of home. Paid training is provided to ensure you succeed in your responsibilities. Responsibilities Conduct inspections of lawns, irrigation systems, and pest issues to identify problems accurately and provide treatments needed. Repair and maintain irrigation systems using power any necessary tools. Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively to eliminate pests while adhering to safety guidelines. Utilize spreaders and backpack sprayers to perform treatments as needed. Driving company vehicles to reach job sites efficiently. Educate clients on lawn care practices, pest prevention strategies, and irrigation system maintenance. Document all service activities clearly in reports and communicate findings with team members or clients as needed. Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, pest control, or irrigation is highly desirable- however we will train in any department. Ability to operate equipment safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. Willingness to learn new techniques related to irrigation systems, pest management, and lawn/shrub practices. Basic understanding of sales techniques is a plus for promoting services to clients. Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
