Lawn Technician

Job Summary Join our team as a Lawn Technician and become a vital part of creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this role, you will be responsible chemical treatment of residential and commercial lawns and landscaping. Your expertise will help ensure our clients enjoy healthy, lush, vibrant outdoor environments while providing excellent customer service. Duties Perform lawn treatment techniques consistent with state regulations and research-backed best practices. Use appropriate tools safely and efficiently to serve our clients' lawn care needs Apply pest control treatments to protect plants from insects and diseases, following safety protocols Provide pest control services to protect clients' homes from unwanted pests Communicate effectively and professionally with clients Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper operation and maintenance Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care treatment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn treatment techniques is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other lawn treatment equipment safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driving company vehicles Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn treatment and pest control Commitment to faithful attendance, including arriving on time for shifts, and minimizing absences This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to grow their expertise in outdoor treatment services while contributing to healthy outdoor environments for our clients.
