• Full-time Job Overview ​ ​TruLawns is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our property maintenance team.

We take pride in providing high-quality lawn care and structural maintenance for our clients throughout Brevard County. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating professional-grade equipment, and seeing the immediate results of your labor, this is the position for you. ​ Key Responsibilities ​

Mowing & Edging:

Operating commercial-grade zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, and string trimmers to maintain clean, crisp lawn lines. ​

Property Detailing:

Hedge trimming, pruning, weed control, and debris removal to ensure properties are pristine. ​

Installation & Enhancements:

Assisting with mulch or rock installation and basic landscape improvements. ​

Equipment Care:

Performing basic daily maintenance on trailers and power equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. ​

Professionalism:

Representing the TruLawns brand by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean job site. ​ Requirements ​

Experience:

Prior experience in professional landscaping or lawn maintenance is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic. ​

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs consistently. ​

Reliability:

Must have dependable transportation to the shop/dispatch location and a consistent track record of punctuality. ​ Attention to

A "sharp eye" for quality—ensuring gates are closed, debris is blown off walkways, and patterns are straight. ​

Valid Driver's License:
