In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional lawn care and landscape maintenance services, ensuring that outdoor spaces are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained. Your expertise in landscaping, horticulture, and equipment operation will help transform outdoor environments into stunning, functional spaces that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and machinery, and contribute to the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to promote healthy turf growth Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and flower bed upkeep Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and blowers efficiently and safely Use power tools including trimmers, blowers, aerators, and hedge cutters to complete landscaping projects Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks, adjusting controllers, and repairing components as needed Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for grading or landscape installation projects Execute hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls using appropriate construction techniques Perform tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and removal with proper safety procedures Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects from start to finish with attention to detail and quality standards Experience Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or related outdoor service roles Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation and repair Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant health care and soil management Familiarity with construction techniques related to hardscape features such as patios or retaining walls Ability to operate excavators or other heavy machinery safely and effectively is preferred Experience in tree trimming, pruning or arboriculture is a plus Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to landscaping and construction work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Join us in creating vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire!
