Job Description

Senior Lawn/Shrub Fertilization Spray Technician Join the Team at Medic Lawncare! Medic Lawncare is looking for an experienced, dependable Lawn/Shrub Fertilization Spray Technician to help keep our customers' lawns and landscapes healthy and beautiful. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to grow with a supportive company, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers and pest control treatments using professional equipment Diagnose turf and shrub issues and recommend solutions Manage daily routes using a tablet Provide friendly, professional customer service Help maintain trucks and equipment Qualifications 2+ years of lawn fertilization/weed control experience Valid, clean Florida driver's license Comfortable using tablets and basic technology Strong communication and self-motivation Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and lift 50+ lbs Reliable, hardworking, and take pride in doing quality work Pay & Growth $20-$23/hour based on experience Bonus opportunities available for team members who take pride in their work, provide quality service, and help create great results for customers Opportunity for long-term career growth Why Work With Us? Schedule Monday-Thursday:
6:30 AM - 4:00
PM Friday:
