Overview Join our dynamic team as a Spray Technician and become a vital part of delivering effective pest control, lawn care, and agricultural solutions. In this energetic role, you will operate spraying equipment, apply treatments accurately, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise will help clients maintain healthy landscapes, crops, and properties while supporting sustainable practices. Responsibilities Operate spray equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery, to apply treatments efficiently and precisely. Prepare chemical solutions according to safety guidelines and product specifications. Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate spraying techniques for pest control, lawn care, or farming needs. Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, including location, chemicals used, and application rates. Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment procedures and answer questions about pest control or landscape management. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in sales related to pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spray equipment is highly advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate vehicles safely across different terrains. Strong understanding of safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating machinery. Excellent attention to detail for accurate application and recordkeeping. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. Pay:
$23.21 - $27.96 per hour
