Lawn Maintenance Technician/Crew Leader

Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping and lawn care technicians to complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to enhance aesthetic appeal Conduct tree care tasks such as pruning, cabling, or removal with safety and precision Coordinate construction projects like installing new landscape features or retaining walls while adhering to project specifications Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, repairs, and scheduling necessary service Skills Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care with a strong understanding of horticulture principles preferred but not required Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for supervising team members and coordinating with clients or project managers A proactive attitude with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship Must have a valid driver's license and a dependable way to and from work This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership abilities while working outdoors in diverse environments.
