Duties Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to apply lawn care products accurately across various properties Mix and prepare lawn treatments according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate application techniques and product types for each lawn Drive company vehicles to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to traffic laws Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients about service procedures, product usage, and safety precautions Follow all environmental regulations and safety protocols during application processes to protect the community and ecosystems Requirements Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, or farming is highly desirable Knowledge of pest control methods, fertilizers, and lawn treatment products Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and driving company vehicles safely Strong understanding of land management practices and environmental safety standards Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions for chemical applications Good physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with farm machinery is a plus Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into thriving landscapes!
