The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and groundskeeping, ensuring that our clients' lawns and gardens are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing both power and hand tools to perform various lawn care tasks. If you enjoy working outdoors and have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle to include small pick-up truck, and haul a trailer to jobsites. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases. (Preferred) Dig, build, and maintain flower beds, borders, and other landscape features. (Preferred) Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. (Preferred) Preferred background in Irrigation Maintenance. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is required. Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices is required. Ability to operate various power tools and hand tools safely. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the area A valid driver's license IS required. Own a pick-up truck preferred.
