Position Overview As a Lawn Care Technician , you'll play a vital role in maintaining and improving our customers' lawns while delivering a positive, professional experience at every visit. Key Responsibilities Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions. Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and attention to detail. Perform lawn inspections, diagnose turf issues, and educate customers on findings. Safely and efficiently operate lawn application equipment. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using industry best practices. Continuously develop your skills through ongoing training and education. No License Yet? No Problem! A State Applicator License is encouraged but not required — we'll pay for your training and help you obtain it. The more experience you gain, the more you earn.
