Job Description

About Packman Landscaping:
At Packman Landscaping, we believe in professional service and professional results. We are a premier provider of landscape maintenance and installation in Middle Georgia. We are looking for hardworking, outdoor-minded individuals who want more than just a paycheck—they want a place where their effort is recognized and rewarded. Total Compensation & benefits: Hourly Rate $12.00 (Entry) up to $22.00 (Lead/Specialist). Growth 100% company-paid licensing for Chemical/Pesticide Applicators. The "Boot" Bonus $150 stipend for your work boots/shoes and gear. Stability Winter "Off-Season" work is available to keep you employed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lawn Care:
Precise operation of commercial mowers, string trimmers, and blowers.
Property Upkeep:
Mulching, pine straw installation, and hedge trimming/pruning.
Professionalism:
Maintain equipment and represent Packman Landscaping with a positive attitude on client sites.
Qualifications:
Reliability:
You show up on time, every time.
Physicality:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work 8-10 hours in outdoor conditions.
Experience:
Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic starting at our base rate.
Driver's License:
Must be valid and have transportation. How to
