Looking for a lawn maintenance lead techs to take care of mowing routes. Duties For a lawn maintenance lead-position, you'll be responsible for taking care of your own mowing route, driving you and your crew member(s) to and from jobs, and working with commercial equipment. All positions will be responsible for showing up to work on time everyday. Work weeks are Monday- Thursday 7am- 6pm Keep your team members on track and on schedule Qualifications Proven experience in landscape work Skilled in the use of commercial landscape equipment. Need to be able to use zero turn mowers and gravely walk behind mowers. Need to be able to be able to professionally trim shrubs, clean beddings, tree limbing, weed eating, edging, and blowing. A clean driving record and experienced driving box trucks and truck and trailer. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills with team members and customers and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
