What You'll Do Perform a variety of outdoor services including lawn treatments, mowing, landscape maintenance, and seasonal services Operate and maintain professional equipment and trucks Provide friendly, professional service to customers Work independently and as part of a team Learn new skills across multiple service lines with opportunities for training, certification, and advancement (Prior lawn, landscape, or equipment experience is helpful but not required — we provide training.) Schedule Full-time seasonal position (spring through fall) Opportunities for winter work and long-term career growth All team members are part of our snow removal on-call rotation during winter weather events, which may include early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and short-notice call-ins.
