Job Description
Ornamental and Turfgrass Licensed Applicator Eagle, ID 83616 From $25 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $25 an hour - Part-time, Full-time We are hiring a Licensed Ornamental & Turfgrass Applicator to service residential and commercial properties in the Eagle and greater Treasure Valley area. This position focuses on high-quality turf and ornamental plant care, with occasional hands-on landscape support as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and takes pride in detailed, professional work. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to turfgrass and ornamental landscapes Identify turf and plant health issues and apply appropriate treatments Follow all label instructions, safety protocols, and Idaho state regulations Operate and maintain application equipment and spray vehicles Complete accurate service and application records Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed Perform manual weed removal and other physical landscape tasks when requested Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle Requirements Active Idaho Pesticide Applicator License (Ornamental & Turfgrass category required) Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and hand-weeding Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and manage daily routes Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care, turf management, or landscape maintenance Knowledge of turfgrass and ornamental plants common to the Treasure Valley Good customer service and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and licensing Steady, local work in Eagle and surrounding areas Opportunity for growth and additional certifications Supportive team environment Apply today if you're a licensed applicator looking for consistent work with a company that values quality and professionalism.
