We take pride in reliable service, quality work, and strong customer relationships — and we're growing fast. We're currently looking for a dependable, hardworking crew member to join our team full-time. What You'll Do This position includes a mix of landscaping and lawn care work, including: Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanups Assisting with landscape installations such as sod, mulch, plants, and light enhancement work Loading/unloading tools, equipment, and materials Maintaining clean and organized job sites Following safety procedures and company standards Occasionally interacting with customers in a professional manner Supporting the crew with additional labor tasks as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but not required Dependable, motivated, and hardworking attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Full-Time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday Occasional weekend work during peak season Pay & Benefits Starting at $18/hour depending on experience Opportunities for raises based on performance and reliability Consistent full-time hours Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a growing company Apply Today Submit your resume or a short summary of your experience.
