Gem State Staffing Gem State Staffing-Nampa is currently hiring 3 reliable team members for immediate openings with a well-established commercial lawn maintenance company in Nampa. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected lawn maintenance employer.

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$18.00 per hour (DOE for experienced candidates)

Temp-to-Hire Job Duties Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, push mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other standard lawn care equipment Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general grounds maintenance at commercial properties Load and unload equipment from trailers Maintain equipment in clean and proper working condition Work effectively as part of a crew to complete daily routes efficiently Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE Requirements Valid Driver's License (required) Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required - will train motivated candidates Ability to operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment safely Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation to the Nampa shop/yard Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be able to work Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed during peak season) Application Instructions Walk-in interviews are accepted Mon-Fri 8am-4pm at 104 3rd Street South in Nampa.
