Position Details:

Winter/Spring

• Marketing Representative
• Door to door community outreach, No selling is required!
• Monday-Friday, 9:30am
• 6:00pm
• $18
• 25+/ hr after training, $18/ hr for training
• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners Spring/Summer/Fall
• Lawn Care Technician
• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
• Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
• Monday
• Friday, 6:00am
• 3pm (varies throughout the season)
• $20
• $25/ hr average, $25
• 30/ hr top performers, $18/hr for training
• Performance based pay (40-45 hours per week)

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by our coverage provider
• Must pass a commercial pesticide applicator exam to apply pesticide
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds several times each day Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:
• Available to work evening hours during the winter, flexible hours available on weekends!
