We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lawn Care Technician to help maintain our mowing routes and provide excellent service to our customers. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. Responsibilities Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently Perform string trimming, edging, and blowing Drive company truck and trailer between properties Follow assigned route schedule Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Complete work independently with minimal supervision Report equipment issues when they arise Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record preferred Ability to back and maneuver a trailer Lawn care experience preferred but willing to train the right person Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in summer heat and varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds Preferred Experience Zero-turn mower operation Residential lawn maintenance Trailer towing Customer service Compensation $20-$25 per hour depending on experience Flexible scheduling Opportunity for additional hours during peak season Opportunity for advancement into route management or full-time employment Screening Questions Do you have a valid driver's license?
