Job Description

Aquatic Herbicide Applicator Description :
We have a great opportunity for a person that wants to be treated with respect, work outside, and manage their own company-provided truck and boat. Our applicators are the core of our business and are treated as such. Training will be provided and there is opportunity for career growth. Your daily tasks will include assessing and managing customers ponds for algae, plants, fish, and fountains. If you are serious about taking pride in your work, bringing value to our customers, and being part of a team that has those same values, please respond. If not, please don't apply, you would not fit into our team and culture. We will perform background checks. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be in reasonably good physical shape and able to lift up to 75 pounds. Competitive starting pay with quick raises and bonuses for those that are going to be part of our team. We will pay for you to obtain your Registered Technician (RT) licensing from the state of Indiana and provide weeks of on the job training and support. We will invest in YOU.
Requirements :
Must be able to responsibly manage one's time while working individually as well as work well in a team with co-workers when needed. Must have reliable transportation and a good driving record with valid Indiana drivers license. Must be able to handle physical labor of lifting objects above 75 pounds and working outside for long hours in almost all weather conditions. Must be comfortable getting dirty/wet working around ponds and chemicals. Comfortable launching and operating a boat while working out on the water. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen. Must have good attitude, excellent customer service skills, and strong work ethic. Registered Technician or Category 5 training will be provided, but candidates possessing this certification already will be held with higher regard and are encouraged to apply.
