Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to perform mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and other lawn maintenance tasks Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively to protect plants from insects and diseases Use landscaping techniques to shape and improve outdoor spaces according to client specifications Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and weed control to promote healthy turf and plant growth Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools; perform basic maintenance or report repairs needed Follow safety guidelines at all times during outdoor work and when handling chemicals or machinery Requirements Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscaping, farming, agriculture or related outdoor work is preferred with at least 1 to 2 years of experience. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn care practices is a plus Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, pest management, and equipment operation Embark on a career that combines physical activity with creativity—help us cultivate stunning outdoor environments while gaining valuable experience in lawn care, pest control, farming techniques, and more!
