This role combines customer service, outdoor work, and technical lawn treatments to help customers maintain healthy and attractive properties.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care services including fertilization and weed control Inspect lawns and identify areas needing treatment or improvement Communicate with customers about services and lawn health Maintain service equipment and company vehicle Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Assist with route efficiency and service documentation Support team initiatives and company goals

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license required Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage daily routes Ability to work outdoors in all seasons Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required Willing to obtain pesticide license Clean Criminal background check

Schedule:

Flexible Shifts:

include both 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.

Day Shift:

typically early mornings for optimal productivity.

Must be open to working on weekends to accommodate scheduling requirements.

Supplemental pay types:
