This is a hands-on, outdoor role focused on applying lawn treatments, diagnosing turf issues, and delivering high-quality service. This is a full-time, year-round position . During the lawn care season, you'll focus on fertilization and weed control. In the off-season, you'll stay busy supporting other divisions of the company. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow within a company. What You'll Do Apply fertilizers, weed control, and lawn treatments Mix and handle lawn care products safely and accurately Operate spray rigs, spreaders, and application equipment Identify lawn issues (weeds, disease, nutrient deficiencies) Communicate with customers about services and expectations Maintain accurate service records Keep equipment and vehicles clean and organized Additional work throughout the year may include: Leaf removal services Landscaping and property improvement projects Bed weed control and vegetation management Snow & ice management (winter operations) What We're Looking For Lawn care or chemical application experience preferred, but not required No license?
