Lawn Maintenance Technician

Lawn Maintenance & Horticulture Professional Location:

Denham Springs, LA (Meeting at the shop daily)

Pay:

$14.00 - $30.00+ per hour (Base + Performance Pay) We are looking for serious, reliable people to join our team. We are not a "mow and go" crew. We provide high-end service by catching the small things that no one else does. We need people who take pride in their work and show up every day.

Pay & Benefits Base Pay:

$14/hr for "Green" hands; higher starting rates for experienced pros.

Performance Pay:

You earn your hourly base OR 14% of the daily revenue (whichever is higher). Efficient workers earn up to $30/hr. 30-

Day Raise:

Evaluation and pay increase after 30 days based on attendance and production.

Professional Training:

We pay for your LNLA Horticulture classes to get you certified.

Gear Allowance:

Boot/gear allowance provided after 90 days of perfect attendance.

The Work Detailed Maintenance:

Mowing, trimming, and professional edging.

Horticulture:

Pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, and hand-manicuring garden beds.

Physical Labor:

Lifting bags of mulch/rock and operating equipment in the heat.

Schedule:

Meet at the shop in Denham Springs at 7:45 AM. Most days end around 5:00 PM.

Requirements Reliability:

You must have a dependable way to get to the shop by 7:45 AM. No-shows will not be tolerated. Attention to

You must be able to spot and fix the small details that others miss.

Attitude:

A good attitude and willingness to learn is more important than experience. We will train you.

Stamina:
