Lawn Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through a variety of outdoor care activities. Your expertise will help create inviting outdoor spaces that enhance the beauty and functionality of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine lawn appearances using power tools and hand tools. Maintain landscape features including flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements such as pathways and patios. Operate machinery such as excavators, snow plows, and other construction or landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote growth and safety. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and hydration of landscapes. Assist with gardening tasks like planting new greenery, mulching beds, and seasonal clean-up projects. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly advantageous. Familiarity with tree trimming, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, or snow plowing enhances your suitability for this role. Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is a plus. Strong understanding of gardening practices and landscape aesthetics is desirable.
