Mosquito Shield is a leader in the Mosquito Control Industry that addresses the need for effective and affordable residential mosquito and tick control services! We are currently interviewing for FULL-TIME and
PART-TIME
candidates for the 2026 Season. If you want a new job for 2025, have a great attitude, are self-motivated, and understand what it takes to provide excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply. You'll be working outside, servicing customer properties throughout [location]. What We Offer Competitive base pay with incentives ($900 - $1300 per week (full-time), weather permitting) Employer will pay all certification costs for Pesticide Operator License ($200 bonus if you pass the test on the first attempt) Bonus opportunities (Full time) Part-time bonus opportunities are also available. Uniform provided & phone reimbursement Typical work schedule: Monday - Friday 7-8 hours with occasional Saturdays Willing to work with candidates who need a flexible or part-time schedule Extensive product and application training Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Manage routes with efficiency and professionalism Ability to interact with customers and answer client questions Safely and accurately mix products Drive to customer properties Spray properties with precision and expertise Perform computerized record keeping using a phone Maintain equipment through maintenance/cleaning schedules Requirements Over 21 Years Old Valid Driver's License Clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to carry a 60-65lb backpack sprayer Valid state pesticide license or ability to obtain license within agreed upon time frame
