As a Lawn Care Technician at Mainely Grass , you will be on the front line of our business, providing best-in-class Lawn Care services to our residential and commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides using cutting-edge methods Conduct thorough inspections of lawns, diagnosing issues, and providing insightful education to customers Safely operate lawn application equipment Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on the details and communicating issues to customers Build strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, attending to their property Continued learning and professional development opportunities State Applicators License is encouraged, but not required! The more experience you have the more you will make! We will pay for your training and help you obtain a state applicator license if you don't currently have one!

Requirements:

Must be willing and able to secure a state applicators license. We will pay for your training! Valid Driver's License in good standing Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift/carry 50 lb. bags of product Benefits of working with Mainely Grass $2,000 Sign-on bonus!

Competitive Wages & Advancement Opportunities :
