Experienced Lawn Care / Landscaping Technician

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, dependable Landscaping Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on landscaping experience who takes pride in quality work, efficiency, and professionalism. Responsibilities Commercial and residential lawn mowing, edging, and trimming Shrub, hedge, and small tree pruning Mulching, planting, and landscape bed maintenance Seasonal cleanups (leaf removal, spring/fall cleanups) Safely operating professional landscaping equipment Loading, unloading, and maintaining tools and materials Working efficiently as part of a crew and independently when needed Providing professional customer interaction on job sites Requirements Minimum of 2 years professional landscaping or lawn care experience (required) Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable attendance and work ethic Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred , but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ( $17-$19/hour ) Consistent, steady work Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility Supportive team environment with experienced crew members
