Job Description

Crop Application Specialist A respected agribusiness is seeking a Crop Application Specialist to support custom application, product handling, equipment operation, and seasonal agronomy operations.
Responsibilities:
  • fertilizer, crop protection products, lime, and other agronomy products
  • Operate sprayers, spreaders, tender trucks, and related equipment
  • Load and unload products safely and accurately
  • Assist with blending, mixing, and product handling
  • Maintain equipment and perform basic repairs as needed
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Support delivery, warehouse, and general agronomy operations during busy seasons
Qualifications:
  • Custom application, farming, equipment operation, or agronomy operations experience preferred
  • CDL, applicator license, HazMat, or tanker endorsement preferred, but not always required
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work seasonal hours
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
