Job Description
```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care personal to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and a little landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of power tools, mowing techniques, garden care, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance. If you have a passion for outdoor work and take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you. ```Duties```
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Trees to enhance the overall appearance of the landscape
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote healthy growth and prevent weed growth
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Install hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Operate and maintain various power tools and equipment necessary for lawn care tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas ```Requirements```
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred ( If you have zero experience we will gladly train you)
- Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in lawn care
- Familiarity with mowing techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
