Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy turf and vibrant landscapes Use hand tools and power tools to prune trees, shrubs, and hedges with precision and care Operate landscaping equipment such as excavators, snow plows (seasonal), and irrigation systems to support various maintenance tasks Conduct landscape improvements including hardscape installations like patios or walkways Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or gardening projects to meet client needs year-round Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
