Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lawn Care Lead to oversee and manage our lawn maintenance teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all lawn care services—such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing—are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Your leadership and attention to detail will help deliver the top-tier results our clients expect. ​

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of lawn care technicians in performing daily lawn maintenance tasks Operate and oversee the use of lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers. Ensure all lawn care services are performed on schedule, to quality standards, and in compliance with safety protocols Monitor and maintain the health and appearance of lawns, identifying and addressing issues such as pests, disease, and overgrowth Assist in route planning and daily job preparation, ensuring crews are equipped with the necessary tools and materials Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered Promote a safe, productive, and respectful work environment for all team members

Qualifications:

2+ years of lawn care or landscaping experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and seasonal practices Ability to safely operate commercial lawn care equipment and perform light equipment maintenance Excellent communication and team leadership skills Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks and crew members at once Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
