Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure healthy, lush grass. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for landscape maintenance projects. Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued. Mechanical knowledge helpful for operating power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment. Familiarity with gardening techniques, tree trimming, snow plowing, and irrigation systems is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks. Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety procedures.
