Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization using appropriate equipment and techniques to achieve optimal results. Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively to protect plants and turf from insects, weeds, and diseases. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to carry out landscaping projects such as planting, aerating, and soil preparation. Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify issues related to pests, plant health, or equipment needs. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws. Assist with farming activities including planting, watering, harvesting, and maintaining crops or turf. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscape designs or maintenance schedules efficiently. Qualifications Prior experience or strong interest in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is preferred. Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn treatment techniques is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other landscaping equipment safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles is advantageous. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
