This current posting is for a Lawn Care Fertilizer Team Member. This position involves lawn & grounds fertilization and weed control. As well as general property maintenance to keep our properties looking amazing! Previous applicator experience of 2+ years is highly preferred. What we'd like to see someone who: Has experience in lawn care and weed control (preferred 2+ years holding an applicators license) and/or has other background with fertilization (i.e. higher education degree) Has leadership skills & is able to stay motivated and driven working alone Has the ability to work with several teams and stay organized and focused. Experience:

previous experience of 2+ years as an applicator is preferred but personality and drive is something very important to our company. We want Team members that want to be here and are a great fit! Pay is heavily dependent on qualifications, experience and personality.
