No prior lawn care experience is required—we provide training. If you're reliable, hardworking, and want steady full-time work with strong earning potential, we'd love to meet you! Our team performs professional lawn and property maintenance for residential and commercial clients throughout the area.

Compensation:

Earn $18/hour or 33% of the labor revenue you produce — whichever is higher through our Augusta Pay-for-Performance (P4P) bonus program. What You'll Do Perform lawn and landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, aeration, and leaf cleanup Safely operate equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools (training provided) Assist with snow removal and plowing in winter to provide year-round work Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Work as part of a positive, team-focused crew What We're Looking For Valid driver's license (required) Reliable transportation to our shop in Okemos Interest in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor work (experience is a plus but not required) Ability to lift, stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety Experience operating zero-turn mowers or snow plows is a bonus (we will train the right candidate) Why Join Our Team?
