In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of residential and commercial lawns. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, weed control insect control and lime to customers lawns Core Aeration to customers lawns Experience No Experience is necessary but previous lawn care knowledge is helpful. Familiarity with Michiana area Ability to work independently while being part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Qualifications Must have valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds Hours/Pay Full Time Monday•Friday $18•$21 per hour Benefits Paid Training Sign on bonus Weekly/monthly bonus program
