This role involves providing expert fertilizer application, supporting pest management efforts, and contributing to the overall health and productivity of residential/commercial lawns . The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical skills and customer service are highly valued.

Position overview:

Manage and grow a route that consists of 500 - 600 customers Service and evaluate your customer's property every 4-6 weeks Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle Safely operate and maintain stand-on machine and other assigned equipment Ability to work Minimum requirements: Enjoys being part of a positive work environment Possess a valid driver's license, with a chauffeur's endorsement, and have a clean driving record Exceptional customer service & communication skills Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Is a self motivator who also enjoys working outdoors and in a team environment Ability to resolve diverse problems and complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lift or carry 50 lbs., walk, stand, and bend for moderate periods of time We offer: Starting pay is $25-30 for experienced techs who are licensed in 3A $1000 signing bonus ($250@30 days, $250@60 days, $500@6 months) Attendance Bonus, Production Commission, and Sales Commission Paid holidays, Vacation, Paid Lunches and Sick days Medical, dental, and vision coverage - 50% paid Retirement - 3% Match Year-round employment opportunities
