Certified Pesticide Applicator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape and lawn care, as well as experience in pest control. This role involves applying various treatments to enhance the health and appearance of lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces. The Applicator will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met while maintaining high standards of service. Pest Control Experience is very helpful. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to lawns and landscapes according to established guidelines. Operate and maintain power tools and farm machinery safely and efficiently. Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks, ensuring proper techniques are followed. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites. Conduct assessments of client properties to determine treatment needs and provide recommendations. Maintain accurate records of applications, treatments, and client interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and promote services effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during all operations. Qualifications Experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or pest control is preferred. Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery. Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.
